Cookie policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site keeps in your browser. Local storage is a similar space in the browser that stays on your device only.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
We use only what the site needs in order to work: • a session cookie, which keeps you signed in, and the security cookies that go with signing in; • a cookie holding the chosen language; • local storage of the draft of a complaint you are writing, so the text is not lost if the connection drops (removed when you send the complaint or discard the draft); • local storage of your choice when you dismiss the language suggestion. No consent is needed for these, because the site cannot work without them.
3. Analytics
We do not use cookies for advertising or for tracking visitors across other sites. If we introduce visit statistics, we will use a tool that works without cookies, or ask for your consent first and say so here.
4. Third-party services
Forms may load protection against automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile), which can set its own cookie needed for that check. If you sign in with a Google account, Google uses its own cookies on its sign-in pages.
5. How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in.
6. Changes to this policy
If we start using new cookies, we will change this page first. The date of the last change is at the top of the page.
